Mae Mann is a multidisciplinary artist with a passion for people.
Growing up queer in a small southern town shaped her into an artist unafraid of exploring the road less traveled while remaining sensitive to both her audience and subjects’ experiences. She’s fascinated by the daily lives of complicated characters - women on a hard-earned battle of self-discovery.
Mae has written, directed, and edited a dynamic collection of films that have screened internationally and holds numerous accolades, including a Gold 1.4 Award, Silver Young Director Award, and two Red Dot Design Awards.
She's currently developing her first feature script, December.
